UC Blue Ash College

Career Services Employer Resources

We are thrilled that you've chosen UC Blue Ash for your recruiting needs. We take pride in the number of outstanding employers that work with our college and even greater pride in our students and alumni.

We are here to assist you with on-campus and online recruiting. We also encourage engagement with our students through on-campus and virtual career fairs.

About Our Students

UC Blue Ash serves a varied student body of more than 5,000 enrolled students across more than 50 degree programs — most of them associate (2-year) programs that prepare students for both immediate workforce entry and transfer to four-year institutions. Our most popular programs include Pre-Business and Pre-Health. Our students are motivated, engaged, and actively seeking real-world experience through internships, co-ops, and full-time employment.
