Lesly Alonzo
Lesly Alonzo was drawn to UC Blue Ash for its affordability, accessibility, and the opportunity to begin her college journey close to home. With a plan to pursue her degree in business and eventually transition to UC’s Lindner College of Business, Lesly found much more than a starting point at UC Blue Ash. She also found a community that helped shape her confidence, ambition, and sense of belonging.
Lesly first became involved on campus by joining a student organization where she eventually served as Event Coordinator and later President. Through these experiences Lesly found her place on campus along with confidence to pursue even greater opportunities as a Student Ambassador.

In her role as an ambassador, Lesly works within the Wellness Department, helping plan events that support students’ well-being. She finds fulfillment in being someone students can turn to for support, advice, or simply a genuine connection.
One of my favorite things about being an ambassador is being a resource for students. Seeing them walk up to me to ask questions; I always love to help out. I also like being part of a team. I think we have a great team and we’re always willing to help each other.
