For Natalie Jostworth, kindness is at the center of everything she does on campus. A bright light who radiates positivity, Natalie is passionate about creating spaces where students feel welcome and supported. When she was considering where to go to college, Natalie was looking for more than just a place to attend classes. The welcoming atmosphere, small class sizes, and strong sense of community made UC Blue Ash the perfect place for her to grow personally and academically.
Choosing UCBA felt like choosing a place where I could belong, get involved, and build real connections.

Natalie’s role as a Student Ambassador includes working with the Wellness Program, where she enjoys creating moments of positivity that add to the supportive environment at UC Blue Ash.
Through her leadership experience, the communication major has grown in confidence and sharpened her communication skills while learning how to connect with people from different backgrounds. In her role as a Student Ambassador Intern for the 2026-27 academic year, she will continue to inspire students and be part of a team that shares the goal of making UC Blue Ash a place where every student feels like they belong.
