I grew up in north central Wisconsin in a very small town before attending UW-Madison. I have spent most of my adult life in the Cincinnati area and now live in Loveland with my husband and two young sons. I am a sports fanatic and love watching football and baseball games - you'll catch me at a lot of home Reds games in the summer, but I will always be a Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers fan for football!
I studied Psychology at the University of Wisconsin Madison while working in the First Year Experience Office at UW in a number of student leader roles throughout my undergraduate career. I earned my Master's degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Miami University. After a nation-wide search, I landed a job as the first Orientation Coordinator at UC Blue Ash in 2011. Since then, I have gained so many skills and partners in student success work and have served in a number of roles at the college. I currently serve as Senior Assistant Dean for Student Success and enjoy every day working with my team and our students!

Outside of work, I love exploring the city with my partner, snuggling with my dog, indulging in a good book or TV show, sewing, solving puzzles, and embracing the festive spirit of the Christmas holiday.
Before joining UC Blue Ash, I gained experience in housing and residence life at various institutions, including UC Uptown. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in College Student Personnel. As the Director of Student Life, I oversee orientation, leadership initiatives, Veteran Affairs, campus-wide programming, student organizations, and the Student Ambassador program.
