Staff Success Center

The University of Cincinnati's Staff Success Center provides staff with numerous options to develop their skills, knowledge, and abilities to both support the overall mission of the University and lead us into the future. Our goal is to help people discover their leadership potential and develop their leadership capabilities.

EAP Impact Solutions Wellness Resources

UC's EAP (Employee Assistance Plan), IMPACT Solutions, provides a wide variety of wellness information on their website. Wellness information, including health risk assessment, articles, audio clips and other references can be found under the THRIVING tab on the My Impact Solutions. IMPACT Solutions also offers Skill Builders (online training lessons for both professional and personal development)

Learning and Teaching Center

The UC Blue Ash Learning and Teaching Center offers faculty support, resources, and opportunities for supporting student learning. The center works with faculty to promote scholarly teaching and the scholarship of teaching and learning. We recognize that the work of faculty is multifaceted and multidisciplinary.

In addition to workshops and other professional development opportunities sponsored by the Learning & Leadership Development Center (LLDC), university employees can benefit from a variety of training opportunities offered by other entities across the University.
