Student Success Profile: Dylan Nance
Dylan Nance is a physical therapy major who found the college experience she was looking for at UC Blue Ash.
- Physical Therapy major and student leader
- President of UC Blue Ash Student Government for the 2025-26 academic year
- Discovered a welcoming community and plenty of opportunities to get involved
Dylan Nance knows that choosing the college you’re going to attend can be a challenging process. “I think it’s a little scary trying to pick the right place, where you’re going to fit.”
One of her high school teachers suggested UC Blue Ash and noted how the college provides a lot of support for students. When Dylan did her research and learned more about our academics, low tuition and convenient location, she found that UC Blue Ash checked all the boxes.
I think a big misconception is that you don’t get the full college experience because of it being a regional campus. I think you are ten times more connected because of all the events and departments that actually come together for the students. And I would say that’s the college experience; that you’re actually being seen and cared for as a student here.

While studying to become a physical therapist, Dylan has served as a Student Orientation Leader, worked in the Student Life & Success Office and been involved with student government. She was elected as student body president for the 2025-26 academic year.
A few years after trying to find the right place to begin her college journey, Dylan is delighted with her experience at UC Blue Ash.
“UC Blue Ash cares about the students. You can see it through everything they do, whether it’s the events, the way the staff and faculty will just randomly come talk to you; I feel like there are so many aspects of UC Blue Ash where you can really tell that they care.”
