UC Blue Ash College Commencement Details
We are glad you have decided to participate in one of the All-University Commencement Ceremonies. Whether you are a first-time graduate, parent, or a UC faculty member joining in the celebration, we know this will be a memorable day for you. This section will provide details about upcoming events, try to answer questiions, and point you towards additional resources.
Who Can Participate
All students completing an associate or baccalaureate degree program are eligible to participate in the commencement ceremonies occurring at the end of their graduating semester. Completing a one-year or professional certificate uses a separate process, and those completing ceritficates do not participate in commencement.
Caps & Gowns / What to Wear
Each participating student will need to have the following:
- Custom Zipper Pull
These materials are available at the UC Blue Ash College Bookstore, all other UC Bookstores, and are available online here at the UC Bookstore website.
Live Video Streaming
Live Video Streaming will be available online here and will be streaming during the event on screens in the Family Friendly Zone at the UC Alumni Center.
Typically each graduating student will be able to invite up to six guests; no tickets will be needed to attend the ceremony. Seating is general admission - first come, first seated.
- All ceremonies will be held in the Fifth Third Arena
- Guests with limited mobility or small children are encouraged to take advantage of the Family Friendly Zone.
- Doors will open 90 minutes prior to the ceremony.
- Ceremonies generally last approximately 2 1/2 hours each.
- Family Friendly Zone does not require tickets nor reservations.
