Online Training Resources
Online resources are convenient and allow you to focus on a specific topic that you would like to work at. One of the benefits is access the thousands of technical trainings through Lynda.com. UCBA also is proud to provide hundreds of workplace and management online modules, which are perfect for focusing on a specific workplace topic.
Learning & Leadership Development
The University of Cincinnati's Learning & Leadership Development Center (LLDC) provides staff with numerous options to develop their skills, knowledge, and abilities to both support the overall mission of the University and lead us into the future. Our goal is to help people discover their leadership potential and develop their leadership capabilities.
EAP Impact Solutions Wellness Resources
UC’s EAP (Employee Assistance Plan), IMPACT Solutions, provides a wide variety of wellness information on their website. Wellness information, including health risk assessment, articles, audio clips and other references can be found under the THRIVING tab on the My Impact Solutions. IMPACT Solutions also offers Skill Builders (online training lessons for both professional and personal development)
Lunch and e-Learn Series
Learning Made Quick and Easy
The Staff and Social Wellness Committee has traditionally hosted wellness brown bags for UC Blue Ash College. In an effort to accommodate those unable to step away from their desks, the SSWS has launched the “Lunch and E-Learn” series. They will periodically send videos or articles over email about health and wellness that are easily digestible during a quick or lengthy lunch!
Learning and Teaching Center
The UCBA Learning and Teaching Center offers faculty support, resources, and opportunities for supporting student learning. The center works with faculty to promote scholarly teaching and the scholarship of teaching and learning. We recognize that the work of faculty is multifaceted and multidisciplinary.

In addition to workshops and other professional development opportunities sponsored by the Learning & Leadership Development Center (LLDC), university employees can benefit from a variety of training opportunities offered by other entities across the University. These programs have additional costs associated with them based on the courses you take. Please read the details for each program if interested.
