Students – We hope your first few days of the new semester go well. To make sure that happens, the One Stop team encourages you to check your UC email and Catalyst Student Portal for dates and deadlines that may affect you as a UC Blue Ash student.
Important Dates for Spring Semester 2017
- January 13: Last Day to Change Major for spring ($)
- January 15: Last Day to: Add Online, Change Credit to Audit or Audit to Credit, Change Credit Hours
- January 24: Last Day to Drop with 100% Tuition Refund ($)
- January 24: Last Day to Waive Student Health Insurance ($)
- January 27: Last Day to Enroll in a Tuition Payment Plan ($)
- February 28: Last Day to Apply for Spring Graduation
- March 17: Last Day to Withdraw ($)

Student Health Insurance: If you want to opt-out of Student Health Insurance for the spring, you must complete the waiver in Catalyst by January 24, 2017. If you have questions regarding the waiver, please call the UC Student Health Insurance Office at (513) 556-6868, or check your waiver status on Catalyst on the “My Finances” tab.
Changes to your Registration: To check dates and deadlines for adding, dropping and withdrawing from classes in specific spring terms, please refer to the website here or login to Catalyst and click on the “My Academics” tab to select “View Class Schedule” and select the current semester. Double check that you are displaying the “List View” versus the “Weekly Calendar View.” Each individual class that you are registered for will have a “Deadline” icon that you can click on to display all appropriate deadlines.
NOTE – if you are receiving Federal Financial Aid or Scholarships, any change in registration can affect your funding. Please come to the One Stop Office located in Muntz Hall 150, or call (513) 745-5740 to speak with our University Service Associates before the deadline to discuss potential financial implications.
Tuition Payment Plan: If you still have an unpaid balance and want to sign up for the tuition payment plan, the last day to do so is January 27, 2017. You can complete enrollment in the Payment Plan by going to the “My Finances” tab in Catalyst where you will navigate to the “Payment Plan Enrollment.”
Grade Replacement: If you are replacing grades at this semester at UC Blue Ash College, be sure to complete the Grade Replacement Application found online here and turn it in to the One Stop Student Service Center. Please note that students may repeat up to a maximum of five (5) undergraduate quarter courses or four (4) semester courses but may not exceed fifteen (15) quarter hours or ten (10) semester hours.
Program Change: If you need to make a change to your academic program, please note that all changes must be made with your Academic Advisor and submitted no later than the first week of the current semester. You may also wish to meet with your Academic Advisor to check on the status of your progress toward your graduation. If you will be eligible to graduate pending successful completion of the current semester, the deadline to apply for graduation in Catalyst is February 28, 2017. Academic Advising will meet with students on a walk-in basis during the first week of the semester. You can find them in Muntz Hall, Room 125 (across from the Bookstore).
