Advanced Medical Imaging Technology (Pre)

The Pre-Advanced Medical Imaging Technology associate degree program at UC Blue Ash College is designed to prepare students for application to the bachelor's degree program in advanced medical imaging technology (AMIT), which is offered by University of Cincinnati's College of Allied Health Sciences.

Communication Sciences & Disorders (Pre)

Students majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders prepare for professions to help people who have difficulty speaking and hearing due to a variety of causes. 

Dental Hygiene Technology

Dental hygiene is an accredited associate of applied science degree program that is designed to prepare students to work as an integral part of a dental team. As licensed professionals, dental hygienists provide a variety of educational and health care services to the public.

Students have direct patient contact both in the UC Blue Ash Dental Hygiene Clinic and in area clinics and hospitals.

Health Education (Pre)

The health education program at UC Blue Ash College is designed to prepare graduates for a variety of health education job opportunities. Health educators work to improve the health of individuals or communities, depending on their work setting and job responsibilities. For example, health educators working in health departments often are concerned with the health of the community they serve and may develop programs to impact people living in the community.

Health Professions (Pre)

This is a one-year, non-degree program for students who are interested in applying to the following programs: Dental Hygiene, Nursing, and Radiologic Technology. Students in the Pre-Health Professions program may take no more than 30 semester hours as they prepare to meet selective admission criteria for their desired program.

The AS Pre-Medical Laboratory Science program represents the first two years of the bachelor of science degree offered by UC's College of Allied Health Sciences.

This Nursing program is for those who already holds an LPN and would like ot retunr to school to complete an RN track.

Pre-Pharmacy

Pre-Pharmacy is a pre-professional track that consists of courses in biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics which are required for admission consideration by pharmacy schools.  This pre-pharmacy non-degree program is designed for students planning to apply to the PharmD program at the UC College of Pharmacy. Additional coursework may be required for students planning to apply to PharmD programs at other institutions.

Online Radiation Science Technology Bachelor Degree

The online Bachelor of Radiation Science Technology (BRST) is designed to respond to changing health care needs. It focuses on workforce development and the preparation of competent health care workers for a high-tech environment.

Radiologic Technology

Radiography is the use of radiation to provide images of various body parts (bones, vessels, organs) and various body functions (digestion, circulation) to facilitate diagnosis and treatment of certain injuries and illnesses.

Veterinary Medicine (Pre)

Pre-veterinary medicine is a pre-professional track that consists of courses in biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics which are required for admission consideration by the College of Veterinary Medicine at The Ohio State University. Additional coursework may be required for students planning to apply to programs at other institutions.

Veterinary Technology

The Associate in Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology is designed to train technicians to assist veterinarians in industry, medical centers and animal hospitals.
